    Today I walked at my local park for a total of 3 laps non stop at a moderate pace for the first time since well.. 12 years!! I couldn't believe I was able to do this at my weight at 417lbs.. The best part I still feel so energetic and could go back and do more!

    Amazing! Brought me joy to read this. I remember how daunting it was first time I went for laps around my local park. I got around once before throwing in the towel but sure enough I went back everyday and got around it more and more!

    Best part was when I got back home there was a healthy meal waiting in the community fridge for me couresty of my local church.. :)

    It's an incredible feeling for sure! I am going to start lifting weights pretty soon as well my muscles are waiting to come out!

    Woot! That is how to start. Just a little every day and then add a little more. And then you will be junkie when it comes to exercising. You don't have to do all exercise at one time. I break mine up into 3 sessions of about 20-30 each with 2 being walking and 1 at the gym. You will feel better and better every day.

    If you don't have an iPod, buy one and then pop in the ear buds and start going.

    YES! That is what this is all about! We all use the weight thing to measure ourselves, but what you're really trying to achieve here is that energy and momentum and the feeling like you can do anything you set your mind to. I love it! Thank you!
