I'm 5ft11 and I'm aiming for between 180 & 190lbs0

I'm 5'11" and I'll be happy with anything under 180 (healthy BMI) but I would be over the moon at 165.0

I am 5'10". Just recently hit my all my time high of 254. Have made it down to 250 in the past two weeks. I have several goals. First is to get down to 220 -- that is the weight I have been at for a long time. Once I get there and maintain, I would really like to get down to about 170-180. I was pretty darn thin at that weight, and I can't imagine going much lower than that.0

I'm 5ft 10 and 150lbs, hoping to get down to about 135ish. I know I'm in a healthy weight range at the moment but it's a case of wanting to be comfy in my own skin (or my old uk size 8 clothes!!)0

Im 5"10.. started off at 202.. currently at 175... want to be at 160ish but not weighing myself much as im doing INSANITY!!.. which makes you gain muscle... so trying not to get too discouraged my lack of weight loss but measure myself instead!

I'm 5"11 3/4. So almost but not quite 6' I was once 176 lbs and am now 144 lbs. I trained for a half marathon and got down to 136 but was THIN. So I am very happy with my weight at the moment, but do have to keep on top of my activity level and foods I eat to maintain. Feel free to add me! Awesome to see all the tall girls goals on here, it's easy to feel bad about yourself when the shorter gals complain about being 130, makes me feel GIANT! Thanks for all inspiration everyone!!!0

Hey I'm 5'10" and my goal right now is to get to 170lbs. Once there I will assess how I look and feel and decide if I want to lose more. I'm thinking 155-165 will be my actual end point.,..I really just want to shrink my giant belly!0

Hello ladies! I'm 5'10" and started getting serious about his in January at 194lbs. I'm currenly 164lbs. I was originially aiming for right about where I am now but have decided to aim for another 10 or so. I also have several fitness goals for the summer though! I want to hit a 26 minute 5K, I am doing a triathalon in August, and running a half marathon in September, along wityh starting a strength training program this week. It is gonna be a busy but fun summer!!! Love hearing everyones success and goals!!0

I am 5'10" and want to get down to about 150 pounds. I am big boned as well. Back in the day, in my teens and 20's, I weighed 120 pounds. Way too skinny and bony. I do Zumba twice a week but am going to increase to walking a few times a week as well. I used to cycle quite a bit but need to get back into it.
I think we should start a Tall Ladies Group in the Motivation and Support forum!0 -
5p9.5 and currently at 169 lb. Would like to be around 158 to 160 and I would be more than happy at 150 but it seems I just can't get that low.0

Hi, I am 5ft 11 and currently weigh 184lb. This is now officially overweight according to my BMI. My goal weight is 154lb. I need all the support I can get at the moment as this calorie counting is alll very new to me. It's so good to see posts from other tall ladies. I am always being told by shorter friends that it's ok to weigh what I do 'because I'm tall' I've hidden behind this excuse for too long! Time to get my confidence back.....! :-) x0

I'm 5'10 and currently 157 lbs but I'd like to get back into the high 130s- low 140s range. I started at 185lbs. and felt horrible in my own skin. I'm much better now but I still want to tone quite a bit more.0
