Sounds pretty good! I made something like this from another recipe on here that was with canned cherries, but the pineapple in natural juices is probably a better choice than the gooey cherries!

This is SO easy and always a hit! It's also fun to watch people's faces when you tell them how to make it...Blows their minds!

Mix and bake according to box directions in 13x9 pan:
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple in natural juice, no sugar added
1 box dry angelfood cake mix (Don't add any of the other listed ingredients on the box.)

    Let it cool.

Top with a layer of fat free/sugar free vanilla pudding. (I use a little less milk to make it thicker.)
Top pudding with a layer of light cool whip. (About one container)
Top with berries. (I used strawberries, blackberries and blueberries)

Adults, kids, healthy eaters, not-so-healthy eaters ALL loved this!

Do you have estimate servings per cake, and calorie per serving? It sounds really good...and one more question..do you put this in a regular cake pan?

I punched in the numbers and if you cut it into 12 pieces.. its 203 calories a slice. IM IN!

Bump means bring up my post. But, most people on here use it to "bump" a topic up to the top of the topics list. Or to save a topic for later viewing.

I made this today and it is so good! I also saw that some people will add pie filling instead of the crushed pineapple.
