    I have A's and I wear a sports bra for 2 reasons.

    1. I frigging hate dealing with regular straps when i'm working out because sometimes they fall with some of my exercises and there is something that irritates me about regular bra straps being visible. If my tank top doesn't cover my sports bra, to me it looks fine, but if it doesn't cover a regular bra it annoys me, i don't know why

    2. I have small boobs, but they still bounce, i don't care that they looks smushed, i'm not trying to pick anyone up while I'm sweating, as long as they are in place, that is my main concern

That's another thing I hate is when the straps on sports bras show. A lot of them have big straps but I work out in racerback regular bras so they don't show when I wear tank tops.

I'm a 34 like, micro A or something. I hate wires and padding, so I generally buy the wireless, non padded that go by sm/m/l and not band and cup size and it works for the gym too

I'm a 36AA and I wear a sports bra because a regular one moves around too damn much and it's freaking annoying. I prefer tanks with the built-in bra, problem solved

While I don`t consider myself small at a 36D I don`t think I could ever go without a good sports bra even if I ever got down to a smaller cup size. Plus my regular bra`s are $$$ I think the last one I ordered from fredricks was 58.00 plus shipping not something I want to sweat all over and get smelly at the gym kwim.

I'm a B. I usually wear a sports bra for running, but if I'm not going far, or if I'm just lifting, I'll wear a normal bra.

I still wear a sports bra... I don't want to get my regular bras all sweaty and disgusting! I forgot my sports bra to the gym one time and had to work out in my regular one.... Yuck!

I work in retail, and my department is lingerie, which includes all types of bras and boobie sizes, the answer to your question would be definetly YES, regardless of how big or small,a sports bra will also keep everything in place when bouncing around. Hope this was helpful

A "C" cup is considered small? Well ****, I'm screwed.

And I always wear a sports bra working out because I can't stand the straps falling down.

No no its really a b cup. They just put c cup on the label and say its a "sister size"

Also everyone saying the straps fall down, work out those shoulders! The straps will stay put when there's more muscle there. It almost creates a groove where they fit perfectly.

At vs the saleslady was probably saying if you go down in band you needed to increase your cup size because the b cup is going to be smaller on a 32 than a 34

No, she told me its specific to just 32 band sizes. She even showed me the bras and the cups are the same. Maybe they do it so the small breasted girls don't feel so bad lol.

^^ I didn't mean no bra lol. I just wear a regular bra. My work out tank tops are all tight so they never show cleavage when I bend over either.

Lmao, sorry I misread! Exhausted. :)
  • I wear nothing... :blushing:

Don't even wear a bra. Because the one that i did have were to small. Which I should have kept because I have lost 34 pounds already..

Will probably be buying a sports bra in 2 weeks. But I have no idea where to get them for my size..

    I'm a 32c, which is really a b but they call it a c
    Huh?
At victorias secret. A 32c is a b cup for some reason. They told me all their 32 band bras are a cup size down. So a 32d will be a c cup

Generally speaking, if you go down a band size, you go up a cup size. Example: I can wear either a 36D or 38C.
Don't you feel like they smush them down too much? That's another thing I hate about sports bras. I know its sort of the point but i hate how it looks.

I agree kinda! My boobs do not look good in them but they're comfortable.

^^^Bras are just too confusing! When I try on the 34B the band is too loose on me so I could only wear the 32C. I wish I could do both because they always run out of cute colors in the 32C

From a woman with small boobies......I love my pushup bra's. I always get padded, underwired ones. I'm a B. Tell you what though, the sizes are soooo confusing. Like I wear a 34B now, and I also own a 34B Wonderbra....Lets just say I cannot fit into that wonderbra, yet back when I fell pregnant years ago, I LOVED that bra. Made me look and feel amazing. Now...sadly, its looks HUMUNGOUS against my normal 34B bras.

Oh, how i long for the days of that wonderbra! LOL!
