I just made some pretty awesome brownies with protein powder and wanted to share....
3 egg whites
8 scoops chocolate protein powder ( I used Gold Standard Whey Extreme Milk Chocolate)
1/2 cup applesauce ( great value unsweetened)
1 tsp baking powder
Mix together and pour into a 8x8 pan ( greased). Bake at 350 for 10-15 min. Cut into 9 squares.
Nutritional info: 127 calories, 6g carb,1g fat, 23g protein, 0 fiber, 157 sodium
I over baked mine and they are a little dry but otherwise really good!

sounds good - i just have to use up some yucky strawberry protein shake before i buy another... might take a while...0

hi there can you give the gram amount of a scoop please Is one or 2 scoops equal 30g?... mine is very different to this. thanks0

This brand is 32g per scoop. You can increase or decrease the powder/liquid to get the right consistency. For example I thought I was going to use 6 scoops of powder but the batter was too runny so I had to add more. Each brand has a different consistency and this one tends to be pretty thin when made as a shake. I have some others that are thicker and would need less powder for the same amount of liquid.
I hope that helps!!0 -

I have successfully made some muffins with powder too, that may take care of the strawberry....I will get the recipe and post.
Gaspari Nutrition - Myofusion Probiotic Series - Vanilla, 8 scoop
Egg - White Only - , 3
Great Value - All Natural Applesauce No Sugar Added , 1 Cup
Realemon - Lemon Juice, 24 teaspoon
Shur Fine - Baking Powder, 1 tsp
Mccormick - Pure Lemon Extract, 3 tsp
Bake at 350 for 12-20 min 12 muffins
Nutrition: 113 cal, 9 carb, 1 fat, 17 protein, 1 fiber, 119 sodium.
These are for lemon but you could skip the lemon juice and extract and use water instead ( I have done that). This protein powder is pretty thick on its own so keep that in mind....
