I'm at 253 now, and my goal is 225. If that ends up being too big, then I'll probably aim for 200. 180 would be the absolute lowest for me, given my build.

Great to see all of the tall women here!

I'm 5'11" and currently at 165 (down from prob close to 200). I'm close to maintaining, but would like to get to 155.

Side note: This week I renewed my driver's license & updated my weight. The clerk commented that I didn't look like I weighed 165- I'm hoping she meant it in a good way!

We have such similar goals. I'm 6ft tall and my highest weight this summer was 195. I hit that uncomfortable "almost plus size department" weight. I'm on a mission to get down to 170 before Christmas. I feel really good at that weight but having been that weight in many years (with the exception of during a major illness.) Good luck on your journey, tall woman! Keep in touch!

Oops..... I meant to reply to a specific person in this feed. (sigh) I'm still figuring this out!

I am 6ft tall and currently 213. My heaviest was about 325 at one point and my smallest was about 175 (way back - like 12 years ago).

When I was 175, I looked too thin in pictures and kind of unhealthy but I wasn't lifting or working out. I guess everyone carries their weight differently because I couldn't imagine smaller than that BUT BMI calculator says 137-185 is 'normal' for a 6ft women.

I will be excited once I finally get back under 200 (not too far now!!) but my GW is 180.

My goal is just any attractive non-crazy woman. I'm not super picky about the height. I dont' mind if she's 6ft tall however. That's okay too.

i lift heavy weights as possible for me, including things like bench press, deadlift, etc. I feel like lifting has really helped me look better as I lose weight.

    me at 200.

    SW: 243
    GW: 185-or so.

Don't really care too much about the scale weight. I care about how my size 12-14's fit and maybe even a size 10 here and there? I also care about my 2K time and vertical leap height for the sports I play. I am still not where I'd like to be in terms of fitness so I am focusing on those goals. The scale weight changes are an added bonus.

ETA: oh, and I am 6' even.

5'11 (so a little "short" for this thread, but just a little!)
    SW: 215 (oof. reality check)
    CW: 170
    GW: 149.

There's just something about being under 150. I would consider getting down to 140-145 if I felt like I wanted to drop more fat.

    Tall ladies unite!

I'm 6'2" tall with a large bone structure. I'm not really sure what my goal weight is but I'm aiming for 190 and will reevaluate when I get there. The largest I ever was was 300lbs when I gave birth to my daughter. For the last 10 or so years I have fluctuated between 199 - 220.

I'm just a little short of 6' (at 1,82m) and would be happy to be under 100kg and ultimately in onderland. Have been fluctuating around 111-112kg (246lb) for a while now - started at 126kg (278lb) on March 1st. So there is still time to get more serious before holiday season starts ...

    I am 6'1" and currently 266.
My goal weight is 220. Looking to be a size 16/18.
Highest weight was 320 years ago.
I have bounced around 260-280 for several years and need to finally get myself to a comfortable place physically and with my level of fitness. I love to move!
I have a large frame and build muscle pretty easily.

Hello, I am 6" tall and my current weight is 457 pounds. Doctor says I have large frame bones and quit a bit of muscle mass. I have always been very strong. I have struggled with my weight for my whole life. I am finally to the point where I have to do something about my weight before I do damage to my body that is not reversible. My doctors says as of now all that is wrong with my health is being over weight. All my blood work came back good. I have regular blood pressure. I am having a hard time figuring out how to start. How to make a plan. I am very plan oriented, I have to have a guideline or I lose sight of the goal and stray. Anybody else going through what I am I would love to be friends with on here so that we can motivate each other. Thanks.

I am 5'11" with what body calipers say is a small frame.
    Highest weight (pregnant): 240
    Current Weight: 208
    Goal weight: 155

I was 155 when I got married 12 years ago but I felt fat. Looking back at pictures I looked fine. I think what I know now about lifting would get rid of the jiggle that I had at 155. Sooo kinda looking at clothes size with one eye and scale number with the other.
