Since everyone's cycles have seemed to have synced around here I wanted a thread that is full of good things!

What are things that make you happy, no matter your what your current weight is, if you are having a bad hair day, or your dog pooed in your shoes.


Fresh flowers (I buy a 5$ bunch every sunday)

    It makes me happy that I'm now up to 8lb dumbells for shoulder presses, I know that's not much, but at least they look a lot bigger than the 5lb ones so I feel less dorky

    1)spending the day / night out with my Husband.:wink:

    2) hanging out with my Granddaughters and neices shopping and laughing!:laugh:

    3) having Sundays off work and going to church with family:smile:

    2. listening to my children sing songs together in their rooms when they have no idea we are outside the door!!

    3.when my 1 eyed cat sits on my lap

    4.when i get a new lululemon workout outfit. those suckers are not cheap!!

    5.when i lift harder and heavier than the previous time!!

    6. naptime 1:30 to 3pm!!:yawn:

    My best memories involve waking up on a saturday, No school, rain battering off the window in my cold room.
    The smell of smoked bacon creeping into my room and gentle cradeling me, it was like some maneavalent force was telling me not to be afraid ........ ever

    Early morning coffee on a spring or fall morning.
    Toes in the sand.
    Windows open.
    Kids that behave in public.
    When the kids aren't fussing.
    When the kids are sleeping.
    When the kids are at the grandparents.
    I <3 my kids. I really do. ;)
