    The smell of rain on earth.

    Getting lost / exploring new places for a day with my fiance.

    Drawing.

    Hanging with friends until the early hours of the morning.

    1. Sitting with my wife listening to the silence of the kids sleeping (knowing we survived another day)

    2. Watching my daughter dance and being thankful she has my wife's grace and not my six left feet. (Hey it happens when you live close to a nuclear plant)

    3. Watching my oldest son learn to hit a curve ball

    4. Watching my youngest son learn to skateboard (and surviving the ever threatening heart attack each time he goes down hard)

    5. Having the energy to say "Yes" when the kids ask me to go out and play with them after work.

    6. A supportive spouse who is a wonderful cook and helps me "keep it in the road" when it comes to my health.

    7. Summertime gatherings at the pool with my multitudes of nieces and nephews.

    8. Banishing evildoers (my superhero suit is at the cleaners or I'd post a pic)

    I don't know who wouldn't be happy around puppies. I mean honestly, they are so cute it hurts.
    Kittens can scratch the hell outta you, and babies puke and cry, but puppies.....ALWAYS cute when they aren't yours lol

    I miss when our 90lb yellow lab was only a few months old, she was soooooooo adorable and snuggly
