24 Hour Challenge Starts June 1st

Hey I'm still new to this and I'm not sure if there is already a post for this (if there is sorry) but here's the deal!

Anyone can do it and everyone should do it!

Starts June 1st

All you have to do is

Exercise for a total of 24 hours (1440 minutes)in the month of June . This is going to be my first time and I plan on doing a 30 Day Shred.

Anyone that would like to share tips and motivational thoughts can friend request me and maybe add a little something about yourself too!

Get up and get active

    I'm definitely in!!! My birthday is coming up in 2 weeks and we have a wedding at the end of the month, want to look my best for both. Do we check in weekly or just at the end of the month??

    Sounds like a great idea! I'll give it a go and I just did a rough calculation and if I do an hour and 15 minutes every day I should make it.

    What activities is everyone going to do? I thought I could mix up cardio and strength. Does walking count??

    Friday could be everyone's check in day or atleast that's when I will be checking in and I will be doing JM 30 Day Shred, Strength training at the gym, and biking/walking around town!
