    yes I would like to do this. I haven't been exercising just dieting alone. this may be the motivation I need. Since I am new to mfp. I am not sure how I find this group each day.

    Im in also..I will probably do the 30 day shred...and walking/jogging on the trail...anyone else have other videos they are going to do?

    So all we have to do is exercise for 24 hrs in the month of June? That's easy!! Now all I have to do is get to the gym. I'm up for it and could definatly use the challenge and exercise.
