    Can I just say.... (and don't yell at me)

    ANY EXERCISE

    I do it, but I don't love it. I hate it. I hate being sweaty. And if I'm in the pool, I hate the chlorine and the way everything smells and tastes like chlorine for the next hour. I hate doing weights, because the weak/shakey feeling when I'm done just sucks. I hate riding the bike because it makes my *kitten* hurt. Did I mention I hate being all sweaty? I'm a dripper. It's just gross.

    Ok I'm done now... Like I said, I do it.... but it's not pretty or fun.:sick:

    I don't know what they are but are they aka sissy squats where you have to point out your toes? They kill me!!! I swear my knees are going to go one of these days when I'm doing them!!!

    You stand with your legs split, kinda like in a lunge, but your rear foot rests up on a bench or high step. Then holding weights you lower down that back up. Feel the burn!!!

    I hate Lunges. And when I had a trainer he made me do Burpies at the end of my workout. Have you heard of them? There was several times when my arms gave out and I landed flat on my face in front of everyone. Now that I don't have a trainer I have stopped doing them. I know I should keep doing them but I can't bring myself to do it.
