    Think of all the calories you would burn, though. Frodo and Samwise left Mordor skinny hobbits. Take out the fire and deadly spiders and orcs, and we could have ourselves a really sound weight loss program

    Cardio, weight, and 30 days. Oh, and carbs. I see a ridiculous number of references to carbs. Probably more than references to fat
