its a no brainer. Starvation Mode. Defo. A rare and mysterious state which does not happen often, but what does happen is underestimating what one is eating and then finding one gets no results.0

It means "non-scale victory". Things like "I haven't lost any weight since X date but I can now run a marathon/fit into my old pants/ walk on water!"0 -
And it's losing, people, LOSING.Loosing. And weight. As in "I weight in yesterday morning"... it's weighed, people. WEIGHED.0 -
