    I wish more people knew what "starvation mode" was and when it actually occurs. :/

    There is something weird about the phrase "clean eating" and I think it's overused but I don't know how else to describe it. "I eat natural, whole foods" is too long I guess.

    Oh and "cheat." I hate that. Eating a piece of cake when you haven't had sweets in forever is not cheating...it's eating a piece of cake.

    Cardio, weight, and 30 days. Oh, and carbs. I see a ridiculous number of references to carbs. Probably more than references to fat

    Right there with ya'll. My poor husband has heard me bi*** so many times about the difference and lose and loose.....

    On the other hand me and him love to joke that one of my exes texted him one time that he was a "looser". Hehe.
