I would be new this month, but I would like to join and try to do 30 miles this month. I am trying to walk a couple times a week on my lunch hour. Thanks for the motivation!0 -

All right! I have been watching speedyf running madly and loving the move your @ss challenges, so I'm in. I'm fighting a bad case of ITB Syndrome, so running is out, but walking and biking seem to be ok. I'll start with a conservative 100 miles and see what the balance between walking and biking is.

I'm on the board with 5 miles this morning. Holy crap, Jonny, :noway: I already feel like a slacker but I guess that's the way it's going to go this month while I focus on speed work over shorter distances. Just wait until I start training for my marathon in the fall, then I'll show you who can ring up the miles.
