I am new to this and like many others want to set a realistic goal. So I am going to set my goal at 75 miles. This is such an awesome thing to help me get moving. I am going to get my family involved too0

I've never done one of these challenges, but I'm going to try this month. My goal is 100 miles for the Month of June. I average about 4 miles a day, 6 days a week. so this should be good. Good luck everyone0
