There's no better revenge than looking good.

And I prove it by just staying cool before my "friends" who used to make fun of my diet and workouts.

I can't remember who said it or exactly how they said it, but someone in a forum on here once said that it's not motivation, but determination, that will get you to your goals. That's really stuck with me ever since I read it.

People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing - that' why we recommend it daily. Zig Ziglar

"This is the beginning of a new day. You have been given this day to use as you will. You can waste it or use it for good. What you do today is important because you are exchanging a day of your life for it. When tomorrow comes, this day will be gone forever, in it's place is something you have left behind, let it be something good" -Author Unknown

As posted by someone previously...I really like this!

Sylvester Stallone in Rocky Balboa (2006)

"Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place, and I don’t care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward; how much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now, if you know what you’re worth, then go out and get what you’re worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain’t you. You’re better than that!"

Mostly I just talk smack to myself in my interior monologue and call myself "mother f•••er"a bunch.

Hey, it works for me :-)
