Juices are generally all calories, some nutrients, with most of the good fiber taken out. I agree with Fooducate:

I think the OP is talking about the original V8, which is the 100% vegetable juice version. Nutrition info is here: http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/vegetables-and-vegetable-products/10449/2 (yes, lots of sodium).0 -
i like the low sodium one ..ice cold...BUT can only drink the small cans ..a big one is too much for me0
