Why is it that guys join mfp and don't log their food? I think it is hot when a guy shows the dedication and discipline to log his food AND exercise.

Most are just on here looking for gulliable women0

they're probably here for other reasons........considering that's the point of this site0
-
I log my food and exercises every day0
-
I do...sometimes I do forget but I try to be consistent and log my food and exercises.0

You obviously don't have the right guys friends..... all mine are logging and pretty good at it too :-)0

Food logging is only one aspect of this site.0

Today is my 101st day in a row...I have logged everything that I have eaten, everyday. I hate blanket statements...0

I always log it. I don't always "close" it at the end of the day. Feel free to look at mine (diary, that is, tee hee). It's the keeping track that makes the success. I think there are a lot of people that don't log everything they eat. On the other hand, I, too, am horrible at logging exercise. I don't know why.
Edit: Oh, and thanks for the "hot" compliment. :laugh:0 -
I don't want you to see my area diary because I currently eat 4000+ calories so I don't want you to see that then think about eating more...0

I would think it depends on WHY they are on MFP to begin with. Some guys that are on here to lose weight will log food and or excercise. Others may just be on here looking for a "friend".0

I've started to log my food again but I haven't done do for many months now. I'm getting back into cycling again so need to drop a few pounds.
I never log exercise.
Not everyone has the same goals.0 -
Its really why I use this site. I log in all of my food and my dairy is public too. If I was just going to use the site for social reasons, I'd stay on my FB page lol.0

I have too many friends on here to watch who is and isn't logging daily and quite honestly, could care less, unless they ask for assistance.0

I log my food and my exercise. Never kept a food diary before - and that's probably a big reason why I've always failed in the past.0
-
food logging is why I joined MFP. That is what I needed was to have some way to make sure I was not overdoing intake while thinking I was eating healthy. This is what short-circuited some prior attempts.0

I log, but I eat a lot of crap. I still stay under my calories most of the time tho. It's not my fault Wednesday is 50 cent wings day at Pizza Hut!0

Yep...I log constantly too..0

I'm trying to log food again, I was doing fine for a while I think with portions and food so I stopped logging, now I'm trying to see how my eating habits are and improve them by logging food again.0

I log about 5 days a week.
Weekends are chaotic and I always end up guesstimating how much of my kid's leftovers I ate and feeling bad about it.0 -
I USE MY ANDROID PHONE- ITS EASY, I WANT TO KNOW HOW BAD I AM DOING0
-
I log food & exercise. If anyone wants to get hot reading through it, help yourself... so long as you're female0
-
i log my food AND excercise. I wasn't losing any weight until I started logging food. Makes me more accountable to myself.0
