    BALLOONS and anything that makes a sharp popping noise (firecrackers/fireworks, guns, etc.) INSTANT anxiety issues - sweaty palms, heart pounding, brain going "OMG get me out of here!!"

    Phobias - Spiders, turning into my mother

    Fears - Talking to new people on an individual basis, i'm fine in a crowd but put me in a 1 to 1 situation with a stranger and i turn into a panicking mess of nerves

    Heights... i literally hyper ventilate and my knees lock up... light headed and have even passed out :(

    Phobia: Needles. I dont just not like them... I have bitten a dentist, made a nurse bleed, and knocked over a tray stand thing. I have no idea what it is, but i will cry like a little girl, have such bad anxiety, that my viens collapse and it makes it hard to even get a freeking needle in.... I had to have an IV for a CAT scan once, and they had to strap my arms down (with my blessing days ahead). I dont know why but its been like that since i was little. THANK GOD for valium or id never get stuck. Funny thing is, its the injecting part, because im fine with piercings.

    Fears: I dont want to lose my dad.

    OMG, totally hate balloons and deep water! I've never heard anyone else say that. :laugh:

    I'm getting nervous just thinking about them both! And I bet we're not the only ones out there!

    Phobia: I dont know how to describe this - but my fiance snaps his fingers near or around my ear & it freaks me OUT.
    just thinking about it makes me start shaking my head & getting very "uptight"
    hmmm - thankfully, he doesnt do this very often. :frown:

    Snakes. Calling it a phobia is understated. I have the most raw, terrified undiluted fear of those nasty things. I can't even look at a cartoon of one :-(

    Isolophobia-fear of being alone
    Gephyrophobia-fear of bridges
    Emetophobia-fear of vomit
    Mysophobia-fear of germs
    Dysmorphophobia-fear of self image(yes this is a real thing and it is horrible)
    Bathophobia-fear of depth
    Kakorrhaphiophobia-fear of failing
    Carnophobia-fear of meat
    Anthropophobia-fear of people
    There are more but I will spare you and myself :sad:

    That is my spider thing all over. opened a paper the other day and there was a smallish pictire of one and I got the cold sweat.

    Butterflies and dragonflies... i dont know what it is, but the TERRIFY me! I will run out of their path if they're flying near me!

    Fears: not being in control...I hate situations like being in a car when I'm not driving, because I have no control over the situation if something were to happen
