Dairy products. I still eat them, just in moderation.

    It's simple, SUGAR, or CARBS.

    no SODAS
no FRUITS (only once in a while 1/3 of a banana per day)
no BREAD (1 little slice a day)
no PASTAS (maybe once a week)
no VEGETABLE OILS (Canola, soybean, sunflower oils etc)
    no SWEETS (Chocolates, cakes etc)

Usually most of my carb intake comes from veggies.

Beer and snacks....If I want a beer now I stick with a low calorie one like Miller 64 or Bud Select 55. I also have cut back on eating a lot of snacks at night and spread out healthy snacks throughout the day.

All sugary drinks, including soda. You have no idea how many useless calories you put into your body that way! I don't miss them at all, and now I can eat more calories and feel fuller.

Bread. So many carbs and calories I never needed or liked.

    Alcohol & fast food
  • Well I can already tell a difference in not drinking beer and maybe having a tiny bit of Jack Daniels on the weekend versus beer pong every weekend and a glass of JD a night.

First and foremost would be portions. I also cut out all diet sodas, sweetened coffee creamers, and my favorite....Lays regular potato chips. I still eat what I want to, I just try to make smarter and healthier choices and plan for everything. Before I eat it, I log it!!

Animal products. No meat and no dairy, and the weight just disappeared with little to no exercise. About 70 lbs in 3 months.

Sugar! If there is one thing that set me on the path to binge eating, it was the sweet stuff. I've cut back on a lot of other things, too, but nothing had the same impact as cutting sugar.

Potato chips, I thought it would be good to eat those special K chips, but they only increase a bad habit, so I cut them out of my life.

I cut out eating out as much (today was a bad day with that though). I find that I eat way more calories on days that I eat out and don't feel as good either.

Pretty much anything processed. No packaged lunch meat. Microwavable dinners. etc. I cook all of my meals, homemade. I bring my lunches to work. I try to eat "clean foods"

(Jamie eason recipes are pretty good)

Soda and my favorite chinese buffet :grumble: I still crave soda very much and it's always in my house (that's all my fiance drinks) but I stay strong and stay away.

Fried food, too many snacks and big meals. Doing this has taught me that my portion control used to be way over what my intake should be.

Bread - now only allow two slices per week.
Crisps now only once a week on my treat night, rather than up to two bags a day.
Processed food, many of my meals are now clean

SNAP! I became a vegan in January (After 25 years of being a veggie) and I have lost well over 4 stone!
