    I also love zumba!, I try to combine it with walking, but since im on a plateu right now Id like to switch to something else and get out of my routine.
    I HATE running, nothing in this world would make me run, but I can see more options here!

    welllll.... I'm a total nerd here. I hate running and the elliptical with a passion, can tolerate rowing, but love love love rollerblading!!!

    Biking, but only if its interval so that it goes by faster. I'd rather do circuit training with weights any day. I find any kind of long cardo session boring.

    I alternate between the elliptical trainer and the crossramp. I tried jogging/walking on the treadmill but found it to be too hard on my knees. Now if I use the treadmill I just walk.

  • I LOVE my Body Combat kickboxing class at the gym!!! It's 60 minutes and burns major calories - Feels so amazing when I'm done!!! :smile: I also love Chalene Johnson & Turbo Fire kickboxing - Awesome workout with great music!! :happy:
