i am 5'9" 22 yrs old and my UGW would be 155 lbs. however at this point i will be happy if i never get there because i am meeting my bf% goals. just working to continue building more muscle at this point.0

21 years old, 5'8", and I'm aiming for about 135. (I think that would be most reasonable, I have a size 34DD chest that doesn't seem to be budging much during all my loss.)0

I'll be 22 next month and I'm 5'7. My original goal weight I set was 130 lbs. I'm pretty much there and now my goals have changed. Now it's more about getting my body to look the way I want and furthering my running.0

5'7", 26 years old and my goal is 119 lbs. I'm 123 lbs now and wear a size 0/XS but I'm super banana shaped and have no real defined waist line and a very long torso so its difficult to compare to others based on weight and pants size. I wore a size 4 when I weighed 140. Not trying to lose much more at all - want a cushion for when I start to maintain for real. I would love to just get this last layer of fat off my stomach!0

I'm 29 years old, 5'9", large frame. Started at 249 lbs, 5 weeks ago. Current weight 228. Goal weight 170.0

Mine is 120. I have been consistantly gaining muscle however, so I don't know how realistic that number is. Maybe 125?0

I'm 21, just a tiny bit short of 5'8" and currently at 134. I'd love to get down to 125, but I'd also like to retain some curves. So who knows really, I guess i'll just stop where I feel comfortable.0

I'm 5'9" and 26. Heaviest was 200 lbs 2 years ago. As of now I'm 160 and have been stuck there. I want to be 150 but I don't think that's where my body wants to be. I'm pear shaped so my butt, hips and things love to live large! I'm seeing more tone in my thighs since I started running, and I'm trying to even out my body shape by lifting weights. Slow going so far!0

currently 101 and my ugw is probably around 90-95 although i'm not sure maybe less if i want to tone up more.0 -
I'm 5'7.5 and my UGW is 140. I will decide when I get there but I'm worried that I will look sickly at 130. I have 15 pounds to go until 140, wish me luck. :-)0

UGW is 150. I have quite a bit of muscle and a large frame. I recently had a body composition done which put me at 150 pounds for 21% BF. Currently 155 and 24% BF but these last few pounds are gonna be the death of me! :explode:0 -

im 26 im 5'7" My ultimate is 135 lbs...a standard i go by is a hundred ponds every 5 feet and 5 lbs for every inch. 5'7" would = 135lbs.
I am at 152 right now but I am also 29 weeks prego so not any time soon will I be aiming for 1350 -
Im 5'7" and my UGW is 170. Ive got a rather large frame anyway and usually look 50 lbs lighter than i actually am so last time i was 170 i was often guessed much smaller and i was very happy at that weight and just want to get back. Shoot Id be happy at 180 even xD0

I'm 5'8 and originally my goal was 130. I got down to that, but since doing a purposeful bulk to build some muscle, my goal is now around 135.0

I'm 21 and technically if you round it up I'm 5'7". My highest was 205.7 and I want to be down to at least 145. I don't know what my shape will be when I get there (i.e. still a little flabby, lean, fit, medium, etc.) so I have an initial goal of 145 to be in the middle of healthy range and then I'll go from there! Feel free to add me ladies! =]0
