I'm 5'8" and my first goal is <164 (healthy BMI). Final goal is 150-155 with 17-19% body fat.0

I'm 22 and 5'8 and a half. My goal that I started with when I began this whole thing has been 170(started MFP at 215) but the closer I get to that weight the more I am thinking of maybe 160. But once I get to 170 I am going to focus more on defining since, for me, that weight means that I will no longer be in the overweight section of the BMI chart.0

My UGW is ~170lbs at 5'7". The lowest I have been was 155lbs and I had a hard time maintaining that.0

I'm medium built and 5'9. I'd like to make it to 150 (10 more pounds to go)! I looked online at the actresses that are my height (5'9) and the ones I remember are: Heidi Klum is 120 lbs, Katherine Heigl is 145, and Khloe Kardashian is165-170. I think they are all beautiful at these weights. Pretty interesting, don't you think? I'm a hair under 5'7" and my ugw is between 118-123. My frame is small so I start to look sloppy at 1300

21 years old, 5'8", and I'm aiming for about 135. (I think that would be most reasonable, I have a size 34DD chest that doesn't seem to be budging much during all my loss.)0

I'll be 22 next month and I'm 5'7. My original goal weight I set was 130 lbs. I'm pretty much there and now my goals have changed. Now it's more about getting my body to look the way I want and furthering my running.0

5'7", 26 years old and my goal is 119 lbs. I'm 123 lbs now and wear a size 0/XS but I'm super banana shaped and have no real defined waist line and a very long torso so its difficult to compare to others based on weight and pants size. I wore a size 4 when I weighed 140. Not trying to lose much more at all - want a cushion for when I start to maintain for real. I would love to just get this last layer of fat off my stomach!0

Mine is 120. I have been consistantly gaining muscle however, so I don't know how realistic that number is. Maybe 125?0

I'm 5'9" and 26. Heaviest was 200 lbs 2 years ago. As of now I'm 160 and have been stuck there. I want to be 150 but I don't think that's where my body wants to be. I'm pear shaped so my butt, hips and things love to live large! I'm seeing more tone in my thighs since I started running, and I'm trying to even out my body shape by lifting weights. Slow going so far!0
