    Didn't have time for breakfast, went to Tim Hortons, but I only got a diet coke.....it's one o'clock and I still havent had a chance to eat!!:sad: :sad: :sad:

    Timmies! I love Timmies coffee and I am having one now! :happy:

    I had plain oatmeal with a packet of splenda. It really wasn't very good but it was filling and I am hoping the taste will grow on me.:sick:

    I had a 3 eggwhite omelate with 28g fat free shredded cheddar and 1/4 cooked onions.
    119calories :) I pretty much have that every morning and then an hour or so later have a snack

    I have 1/3 cup of grape nut cereal, with a 1/2 cu of 1%milk and a 1/2 tsp sugar. /beware of the Timmies coffe. Thought I would treat myself last weekend with a Engish Toffee Cappuccino, OMG it was 460 calories....Oh but oh so yummy:happy:

    1 cup of low fat cottage cheese with one cup of blueberries and 2 tablespoons of ground flax.

    I'm really addicted to this, but sometimes it's Light and fit yougurt instead of the cottage cheese.
