Tattoos are hot in general. F what everyone says, if you want it, do it.
Tattoos are hot to you and tattoos aren't hot to me.
However if it's something someone wants then they most certainly shouldn't let people on a message board or IRL dissuade them from it.0 -
A friend of mine has Winnie the Pooh with a honey pot with a comic bubble that says, "Tastes like honey." tattooed right above her nether region.
Winnie the Pooh is gross to me now.0 -
Not hot, but not gross either. Do you really want something distracting your man from the work at hand?0
-
I think big strong men with tattoos are hot. I think women's tattoos are usually gross or overdone. However, I've seen some on a woman's foot that are sexy. Usually my take is that women can way overdo the tattoo thing.0

Ultra HOT!!!0

That's just icky. I think any grown up who has Winnie the Pooh tattooed anywhere on their body is an idiot. I get that you like him but you're not seven.0 -
Like one on the bikini area.
Disuss!
How could anyone describe that area as gross?? LOL!
hahah I have quite a few and they are def not gross But everyone is entiled to an opinion0 -
Jes my personal opinion here, but I actually want one!! lol I have ink already, so I know its gonna hurt like a SOB! But I think something cutesy would be awesome there!0
-
I LOVE them!! But I am heavily tattooed. I have a tattoo artist friend that put rose petals on the INNER Labia...OUCH!!!0
-
I've got a scorpian on my lower ab, its close to my female parts. I don't plan to have kids so I really don't worry about it getting stretched and weird looking. I also have a dragon on my left side from my ribs down to my hip bone.0

I have one and I think it's sexy. I've never had ANY complaints about it.
Edited to add that I don't ever want to have babies, so I'm not worried about it getting totally stretched out and misshapen. And it didn't hurt that bad. The tattoo on my inner bicep hurt much worse.0 -
As long as it was done with some tact. an arrow pointing to your goodies? no.0
-
Other people's opinion of me are none of my business.
THIS!0 -
Never seen a good tattoo! But do what you like! It's your bod!0
-
Totally depends on the girls anatomy and the tattoo she chooses.0

I dont have a tattoo.. when people ask " what you dont have a tattoo why?" I say " would you put a bumper sticker on a Ferrari "
Althought I do have a few tatts. I love this answer!! (Mine are not visible with jeans and a t-shirt on.)0 -

My husband says he likes his artwork on the walls.0 -
Not a fan in that area ... half sleeve, partial chest ... those are win.0
-
And this is the reason I wouldn't want to be a tattoo artist.
What people do to their own bodies is their business and their business only. But I wouldn't want to have to touch someone there unless we were in a relationship.0 -

It was gross then so it's probably horrible now.0 -
Can't help but think of a friend who had a couple of cherries on her tummy.
She became pregnant.
The cherries became apples.
She had the baby.
The cherries now look like dried prunes amongst the stretch marks...
Tattoo's are ok in moderation, but people should consider the next 30-40 years when getting one. It should be tasteful and enduring (i.e. getting your boyfriends name of 2 months may not be too swift).0 -
Placement-wise, definitely not for me. I know that when I gain weight, that's the first area where it goes (below the belly button) and I'd be afraid that if I went up or down in my weight, it would start to look weird. If I wanted a private area for a tattoo, I'd be more inclined to go for the ribs, as I don't wear midriff-bearing anything. Depending no the individual and the actual tattoo, I think they can look nice. Tattoos are part of self-expression, so if that's your thing - more power to you.0

Had a patient with the words, "pet my kitty" inked right above her mons.
I love tats, and think most are hot ... but if I'm showing off my kitty it better be to someone who doesn't need written instructions on how to make her purr.0 -
I don't have any tattoos personally but have seen some that look great and make that person look hot. I know someone who has one on her pubic region that says "It's not gonna lick itself". That cracked me up!0

Right, OP asked for people's opinions, I gave mine, and you just repeated what I said.0 -
Not !!0

It depends on the tattoo. If it's something that is thought out and has meaning then I think it's hot. If it's some generic wall art at a studio in Corpis Christy from spring break then it's tacky. IMO0
