    All the above, except I go a little on the lighter side too and you have to also add in Foo Fighters and anything by Jack White, and then I also have blues from BB King, John Mayall, and all those cats. But, purly from a Metal standpoint, all the above apply. These days, probably my favorite metal is Lamb of God. I can't get enough of those guys. It's like ear-crack.

    I am old school. It is totally eighties rock for me! Judas Priest , Scorpions, Poison, Def Lepard , whatever. I have XM in the car and it is always on Hair Nation.

    then they don't know what they're missing out! I still consider the Helloween/Gamma Ray concert I went a couple of years ago among the best! And there is no better beat to run your tempo runs than Manowar :-)

    not in the summer but anthrax and sodom are on in dublin same weekend in november .so will go mad that weekend
    not many big metal band playing ireland this year
