I've been eating this for months as I HATE mayo with a passion. I like to eat it hot though, so grill the chicken, put it in a griddle pan with the guacamole, throw some spinach leaves in last minute until they're wilted and then add 20g of gouda/cheddar and then squeeze it in a toasted wholemeal pitta... YUMMY!0
