During the first month or so of my weight loss, I took a couple "before" pictures. As I was leaving for work this morning, I realized I was wearing the same dress, and took a couple "during" pics. I had a deal with myself to wait until I had reached my halfway point before posting any kind of pics, but since I've been at a plateau since February, losing and gaining the same 3-5 lbs, it might be time to stop waiting... Here are some of my stats:

Height: 5'3'' (on a good day)

    SW: 236 lbs
CW: 201 lbs and desperately waiting for Onederland...

I've lost a lot of inches all over as well, but I can't really be bothered to add them all up, lol. But mostly around my waist, thighs and bust. Calves and arms are basically the same.

And now for the pics! They might be huge, they might be tiny... Or they might not even show up at all.

Here's to the next 35 lbs!

WOW...That's so Awesome..You look sooo good and the weightloss, it looks so much more than 35lbs..Really..I think even though you've hit the plateau..I bet you are losing inches..Such a transformation..So proud of you..

btw, is there any particular workout you are following?

First of all, I want to thank everyone for the awesome and encouraging words. I know I would never have gotten this far without MFP - especially the pal part of the name

I've never a big fan of exercise, and I'm still not. I've been doing mostly cardio (mainly on the elliptical at the gym or going for walks/hikes), but after several months of undereating at 1200 cals a day and only sporadic weight training at the gym, I lost a significant amount of muscle mass. I upped my calories to my BMR (calculated by a health specialist) and got a strength training program through my gym.

Of course there still are days when I just do NOT feel like going to the gym, or even going outside. On those days I try to work out at home. I got a few of the Jillian Michaels workouts, and usually go for the 30 Day Shred, 6 week 6 pack - and my surprise favorite Yoga Meltdown.

I feel that weight loss comes down to mostly nutrition, but it's important to keep MOVING. I have a very sedentary lifestyle because of office work/school so I absolutely need exercise, not only for weight loss, but most importantly for health reasons. As long as we all eat right and keep moving, this can't fail!

Aww, this is SO awesome! I am really happy to see your progress pics-you've been a great friend to me here on MFP!

I can't believe the difference. You have just literally shrunk. You look so fit and glowing now, and that dress really shows it well! You've worked so hard and I hope you really pat yourself on the back for the incredible work you've done. Really, you're a different person! Also-I loooove your ombre hair!! So gorgeous!!!

Way to go! Hopefully I'll be posting my progress pics before too long :)

Awww, this is so nice! Thank you so much. You've been a great support too, and I truly believe that support from friends - either IRL or on MFP is crucial to successful weight loss! Not only do they help hold you accountable, but sometimes you just need to vent, and only someone who's going through a similar thing can understand what it feels like. And last but not least, there are so many encouraging people on here! They offer tips, tricks, advice and even cheer you on! So big thanks to everyone!
