C4 - anyone else using?

I have some in my pantry. I only use it when I really need it. I never use it on cardio days. It makes me anxious and jittery. But, it gets me through when I desperately need it (which isn't that often).

So I see that this post is pretty old, but I Googled "can you drink coffee after using C4" and this post popped up, so I thought it'd be worth a try.

I started C4 on Monday- and yes, I like it. But I usually have a cup or two of coffee when I get to work- will drinking coffee after using C4 have effects (on the heart- palpitations, etc.). I take C4 at around 4:30am and I get to work around 8:30. The only reason I wonder is because on the label it says not to use with any other stimulant.... so I thought I'd do a little research first.

C4 contains about as much caffeine per single scoop as 2 cups of coffee. That should tell you all you need to know.

Hahaha nah. C4 is a pre workout supplement made by a company called Cellucor who is normally known for making stuff that's ridiculously overpriced. C4 is about the only competitively priced product they make so its wildly popular since the label on it says its by a brand normally only known for making super high-end stuff. It's pretty decent but not the best out there for the money.

Blue razz is yummy i crashed hard from c4 after a few uses, and it quit working.

Does the C4 make you gain a lot of muscle or does it help loose weight?
