Ladies! Ready to get your INSANITY on?

I am going to start INSANITY on June 25! I have a lot of events going on before then, which prevents me from starting it before then. This way, it gives those who want to join in the fun time to do so. Until then, I am doing some cardio with TurboFire to keep me motivated. I have a fun, encouraging, motivating and inspiring group on facebook called Fit 2b Fab and would love for you join us! I think having fun groups to chat with and to help keep people accountable is a great way to stay motivated. So, ladies... who is in with me starting up the end of the month????

I'm definitely in! I'm so glad I found this post. I'll be in Europe from June 11-23, so I planned on starting Insanity when I get back (on the 25!), so this is perfect. I've never done anything this intense before, so I'm a bit nervous. Hopefully I won't die!0

I started Insanity just this Monday. I work out first thing in the morning and I love it!!! I cant believe I am here at work thinking, I cant wait until tomorrow mornings work out!!! LOL. I pray my hard work and dedication shows in two months! So far I can say I feel more energized but exhausted at the same time ;o) if thats possible. I love this work out program!!!0

I'm planning to start this Saturday the 9th. I'm an Insanity virgin so I'm pretty nervous about it. Just hoping I can get myself there mentally. I'm not the best with video workouts or getting up early in the morning, but all the exercise I am doing just isn't cutting it. Would love the motivation too. will look for you on Facebook.

Thanks... it's definitely pleasure. I'm going with a group of history teachers from my high school (I'm a history nerd!). I know I'll enjoy the foods a ton more because I know I'll have to crack down when I get back :P0 -
I start my insanity journey on Monday the 11th and I'm extremely excited and nervous!! I feel like I am notorious for starting work outs and letting life get in the way reaching out for support is so helpful!! Good luck to everyone we can do it!!0

Hello everyone I am on Week 2 of Insanity. I have to say this is the hardest workout program I have every done. However, I am not going to lie, getting off the couch and doing something can be hard too. This program makes me cry and want to throw up. I am doing it alone and hate it. However, I force myself to get up there and do it. I also purchased Turbo Jam to do on my rest week with Insanity just to keep moving. I am tired of this weight and will do whatever it takes to get it off me. But, I know if I keep going, I will have my jlo body. lol. Well, not really but one can dream right? I just want to be healthy again. Not huff and puff when I walk and my goal is to get in shape enough to actually jog a mile, not walk.0

Hey mamacita4life! I know exactly what you mean by wanting to puke during the Insanity program. I started to get a cramp on my left side, but I pushed through it. I am mixing it up with TurboFire until I officially start the Insanity program June 25. Motivation is hard to do on your own, which is why I created the group on facebook for people to join. It's so much easier when you have people rooting you on and doing the same program. Good luck with your fitness goals! I'm sure you'll be awesome.0

Awesome siliisobel!!! Glad you joined the group! My calves are still sore from three days ago doing the cardio plyo!!! Wowzers. I'm not letting it slow me down though. I did TurboFire HIIT the next day and took a rest day yesterday. Our body does need to recoup once in awhile from all the hustling!0 -

thank you for the positive feedback. I am going to join your group. God knows I need the support. I am so sore today and I am in week three. I can barely walk. lol. wondering whats going on, wasn't this sore last week. lol. Oh well, I guess if I am sore its doing something right>0 -
Yesterday was my first day of INSANITY!!! It totally kicked my butt and I definitely feel it today. Already completed day 2 and feeling good. That is such an intense workout!

I started on Monday too! Really enjoying it so far. Strangely the recovery day today was my least favorite so far. Those squats...I had to keep coming out of the hold every 2 seconds or so!0
