I'm finishing up week 2 this week...I love it because of how I feel afterwards, but I'll admit that sometimes I do cuss at the tv. Haha pure cardio is the worst!! But, no pain, no gain. Feel free to add me! Dig deeper!0

I started on Monday too! Really enjoying it so far. Strangely the recovery day today was my least favorite so far. Those squats...I had to keep coming out of the hold every 2 seconds or so!
I agree. I'm still trying to figure out how they can it a "recovery". lol0 -

Not too many are posting on here. I post all the time on the fb group though. I start Insanity Monday. Lost power Friday afternoon and just gained it back this evening. So, that hindered me from continuing my program....BUT I'm starting week two tomorrow since I only missed Fri & Sat workout. Loving it so far! Great workout! Are you liking it?0 -

I love Pure Cardio even though it kicks my butt!! We should be on the same day, well, I started Cardio Plyo this past Monday. Did the fit test the week before.0 -

Ha ha. That is why I love pure cardio!! I felt awesome once I completed it. I admit I had to take some breaks, but so did some of the people on the video to!! lol Great workout!0 -
Hi LADIES!!!! I graduate INSANITY on July 7th! In the past 19 days I've lost 7 lbs! Don't give up and KPP! The results are what heeps me going! It's my motivation to know I can do better than what I did the previous day.0

Like several of you guys I started on June 25th, so this week is my second week. This workout is kicking my butt. I don't look forward to the workout, its sorta like one of those daily things that I have to get through, But I will say that I feel accomplished when I am finished (well accomplished and spent). I have small baby goals like completing an entire set without stopping etc... I will say that my butt is sore and that is a good thing. All in All - Insanity is not for sissy's - but I am desperate to look better and feel better about myself.
I didn't drop any weight this week (bummer) but I do "feel" smaller.0 -
Hey I just started Insanity on th 25th as well. One week down. I have not lost any thing yet. But my arms and core feel stronger already.
My husband is doing Insanity he is on 2nd Week of the 2nd Month. He's lost something like 12 lbs and lost the gut and Im starting to see the beginning of abs on him. I was so impressed I decided to go for it myself.
I'm concentrating on getting lots of water like 12 glasses a day.
My BMR is 1505. Per the Elite Nutrition Guide I should be eating between 1832-2058 calories. So thats what Im aiming for.,
This is a tough program and I know it will work if I stick with it.

Have you done Pure Cardio with Cardio Abs yet!!! That's a doozie! They are all fresh in the video while we are still spent from Pure Cardio. Felt great when I was done, but holy cow... two cardio routines back to back is crazy!! lol0
