SOOOO... whats the 3 worst exercises to ya....

shaking your booty or body like the football players...i keep thinking, im going to hurl up a hurricane with that shaking..ha ha

Well I don't do any exercises I hate and absolutely dread to do, but I do have a strong love/hate relationship with my lower body lifts: squats, deadlifts, and good mornings.0

High knees...I can handle just about everything except high knees0

Sadly, push-ups. When I was 10 years younger and 60lbs less, I loved them. Now, not so much. I'm determined to love them again though.0

lunges...I hate them even unweighted, but I find them effective, so I do them....with weights. This has the added of benefit of letting me do fewer of them with good results.0

Squats and lunges. They have no effect on my legs whatsoever except to hurt my knees and bulk up my quads (ew).
That yoga pose where you balance your thighs on your elbows while standing on your hands. It's just unattractive.0 -

I can't do jumping jacks. I can literally do any other cardio exercise, but 3-4 jacks into a workout and my calf muscles cramp up to the point where I'm crying in pain. So I don't do them....otherwise I'd never be able to get through the rest of my workout. Isn't that weird?0

couldnt have said it better myself! I have to talk myself into them every single time... when I see them coming up in my workout, I instantly turn into a 5-year-old trying to get out of going to school... the terrible part is, lunges don't care if you fake sick or not!0 -

The insanity Ski Abs. The way that Shuan T. does his calisthenic rotation in Plyometric Cardio places those as the last exercise in the set and I am burnt by then. I look at it this way, if you are going to do the workout then hit all the exercises and do them as best you can. If you hate oh well, it only lasts for a few seconds and the results last alot longer. Start cutting exercises because you simply don't like them and your workouts and results will ultimately suffer.0

Burpees(made my trainer promise never to put these in my routine again!)
Step Ups(Hate when these show up at the end of an exercise routine and I'm tired.. these are the absolute last thing I want to do!)
Everything else is ok.. Love how squats and lunges are making my *kitten*/thighs look... so I gladly do them0 -
Lunges
push ups/burpees only because I've never been very strong upper body
arm hang/curl ups...I've never been able to do one ever no matter how fit/thin.
But I can change these!!! To love!0 -
I'll admit that Mountain Climbers are difficult...but I like to be pushed.0

BUT I love the results I get from them So it's love/hate...0 -
Tricep push-ups (can't find my way to do them)
Overhead Press (have problems in my shoulders (hyper mobility))
Plyo Lunges

PUSHUPS! UGH!
and any of Shaun T's "drills" involving sprints/pushusps. yuck. But it's only 30 seconds-1 minute at a time so I know I'll live through it.0 -
