I'm just starting to be able to resist my cravings. Avoid the tv!!! I find that makes me want to eat, eat , and eat. The good news for you is you're already eating healthy snacks instead of junk. Sometimes exercise helps or going to sleep if it's late enough. Just try really hard to resist. Or put yourself on like a spending limit. Go to the store every week and buy 7 apples. If you eat two tonight they'll be one day you can't have one. and keep that in mind. If you eat it all now you won't have some for later. Good luck

Chips> Low cal popcorn, sugar snap peas
    Ice cream> Unsweetened applesauce
    Sweet treats> Frozen fuit
    Soda> Crystal light

Also, if you have an active exercise routine-- protein powder. 1 scoop of Strawberry/banana with OJ and I am full for hours!

That is also a problem because I do not drink any type of soda, don't eat ice cream, I only eat chips (1 serving) when I choose a sandwich for lunch and hardly ever eat candy, maybe valentines day, easter, and halloween. The strawberry/banana/OJ thing I can get down with I make those before my games religiously.

I am choosing healthy options but 900 calories in 10 minutes at 11pm of fruit and yogurt and peanut butter seems to be hurting me.

    PORTION CONTROL!
