    I try my best to make the answer to that 'always' by making healthy food choices and waiting until I'm really hungry, at which point real food tastes amazing. I just chowed down on a sweet potato smothered in a dip made of spinach, nuts, seeds, onions, garlic, mushrooms, and peppers. It was freaking delicious!

    But if I'd had a piece of cake or some cookies for breakfast or even yesterday, I'd have turned my nose up at all that green roughage stuff and would have wanted more cake and cookies, or possibly chips.
