    I used to work at a rather large Icecream company, and the stuff they made in the development kitchen was far and away better than ANYTHING i've ever seen for sale in the shops - best one that they ever made IMO was a "special" for the staff Christmas Dinner - they made a Christmas Pudding Icecream with a Brandy-Butter-Cream Ripple. The Christmas Pudding Icecream had actual Christmas Pudding nuggets in it, and was heavily laced with Brandy and a good rich Stout. If anything, I think it was even more calorific than a "normal" British Christmas pudding, but it was just Sooooo Good!
