everybody has that moment during their workout where it feels like you can't go on anymore. Then all of a sudden, that one song comes on, and you feel like you can uppercut a sunset. So I ask you, what song does that for you?

"Let's Go"- Calvin Harris and Ne-yo...I play it at the beginning and again at the end of my treadmill workout

I like working out to anything with a great beat, but when a tasty metal tune comes on random, I find it serves as a much-needed kick in the *kitten*!

Anything by Iron Maiden is particularly effective for me, as almost every song sounds like horses galloping. And Sabbath's Children of the Grave has a delightfully grinding drive to it...

The heavier the music, the harder I work.

Lot of ones I like in here, but to add a new one (I think).

Smashing Pumpkins - Rat in a Cage

/\ Also known as "Bullet with Butterfly Wings"...

    My current favs:

"Hats Off to the Bull" and "Face to the Floor" Chevelle
    "Surfacing" Slipknot
"Love Bites" and "I Miss the Misery" Halestorm
    "Bully" and "Enemy" Shinedown
"The Collapse" and "Sick" Adelita's Way
"From Out of Nowhere", "Pride", "Under and Over It" Five Finger Death Punch... Well, pretty much anything FFDP!
