    depends on how I am preparing it on how I season it

    Cooked = Medium, Except Filet Mignon...I like those Medium Rare
    Seasoning = little garlic, sea salt, pepper, and Montreal Steak Seasoning


    I never use Steak Sauce....that ruins the steak IMO

    I like mine medium well on the BBQ with montreal steak spice and then I dip it in a bit of A1 steak sauce. Thanks!...now I want a steak :laugh:

    Seasoning I could go any way, but a good steak needs nothing more than black pepper and smidge of salt.

    As for cooking, black and blue please. Not a cool red center for rare. a *COLD* red center for me. Delicious.

    I think I am in love. :love: My family hates when I order meat "Wipe the @ss, file down the horns and toss it on the plate". The more unadulterated the better.

    I like it medium rare. We marinate them in a few different things. I like the teriyaki, the Italian and the Cajun dry rub.

    Ribeye, grilled, rare with kosher salt and ground black pepper also butter if I make it the cast iron skillet..

    Some A1 on the side.

    salt/pepper and WELL done:)....I would prefer on a charcoal grill, but we got a gas grill. Now my dad will only eat it if cooked in a skillet.

    Medium well with some spices... I used to order it well done (taught that by my mother) but too often it was too well done and too dry. Medium, I really like if it is done correctly but too often it was cooked a bit on the rare side... Personally, a mooing cow is a bit of a turn off... Medium well is juicy enough (usually) but does not bleed (again, usually)....
