    What kind of workouts do you do? I workout at a gym and I just joined the running room yesterday in hopes to be able to start running and get in better shape.

    Oh hey ladies! Didn't think anybody actually replied!!! LOL Right now I'm doing Jillian MIchaels 30 day shred daily. I'm also going to start the couch to 5k program and start jogging if anyone else is up for it. I'm in the st. vital area.

    Oh, and to the girl in Steinbach. I work in Steinbach! :)
