I'm only at 32oz and I have to pee every 20 minutes. Anyone else having this problem? Also, I know "they" recommend 64oz a day but does this take into acount body size? It just seems like so much water for me!

Sooo embarrassing, took my daughter to pick up her senior pics. I had 3 cups of coffee and 16 oz. of water before we left. When we got there - first thing out of my mouth was "where is the bathroom?" - I think I was going for a full 5 minutes before I finally made myself stop. As soon as we got home I had to go again.

Just wondering - if we get our bodies used to having a certain amount of water and then say we just can't have but a third of that amount for several days - will our bodies go into dehydration mode? Any doctors or nurses out there that know for sure?

Done! :drinker: 112 oz of water down the hatch.

I def. chugged that last 16 oz bottle just so I could finish counting for the day - anything I drink after this I won't bother keeping up with. Now - time to focus on work & not MFP
