    By south I mean TX, LA, AR, KY, TN, MS, AL, GA, and FL. Just curious if we have any southerners on here...

    I am from Florida and not very many people consider Florida Southern. Its all depends on the parts of Florida you are from. Once you are outside the city limits Florida is very Southern.

    Um...is NC no longer considered the South? B/c I consider myself a born and raised proud Southerner.

    It isn't SEC country, so I don't consider NORTH Carolina to be part of the south ;)

    You need to go visit North Carolina then. It is only NORTH because it is about South Carolina.. The state split, so one is North and one is South, North Carolina is nowhere near part of the North. I'm not a damn Yankee! I'm a southern Girl.

    If you are truly from the south everyone knows what a coonass is. We other southerners invade for Crawdads and gator. YUMMM!!!!!!
