    haha...would you believe I didn't log them b/c I didn't want to bum myself out? Would you also beleive that Friday is my weigh in day and Im gonna skip? I'll wait till next friday

    Do you know that frozen Bacardi Pina Colada mix & Malibu Coconut Rum have enough sugar and carbs that no whipped cream is necessary?

    Also, do you know that I did a killer leg workout before I went to the pool and I was very much under my caloric goal for the day, so I didn't mind logging my July 4th intake?

    would you believe that I feel this is a way of life...And while it is teaching me to eat better and excercise more in every day life, I feel it is irrational to expect that to happen on a holiday? Just my opinion about myself, not on anyone else.

    Actually, I skipped logging on Tuesday because we had "food day" at work, and the party at my brothers. I had started logging yesteredays food but no exercise...its already bad and I have to add one more thing...OUCH!!

    OH! And did you all know I don't weight on Fridays? I wait till Monday!

    Can you believe its almost that time again? AND Our plans for the evening have been changed. We are going to have dinner with my SO's sister. Her son is in on leave for a couple weeks. Yeah, I get to hug the neck of another soldier. How lucky am I?
