    I AM current on my loans, do you know that they hit me with bs fees such as, I was on the phone with them on a Tuesday and paid, then one week later, they say I got hit with fees?

    how can they get away with that? I was up to date a week ago, so you mean to tell me your going to hit me with a fee inbetween that week just because?

    I hate specialized loan servicing.
