    DVS - Did you know someone in your tip top shape would benefit from using two hands on her left handed shot? I use solely my right hand for all tennis shots and the left hand is merely to position the racquet and to toss the balls.

    Can I thank you for the advice? Did you know it is a habit I think I am going to have to break? How much do you charge for tennis lessons? LOL

    When I coach the high school kids playing tennis, can you believe I tell them to put their left hand on top of the right when hitting on the left side(backhand)? And to get the most common grip on your racquet, you should place it on the ground, lay your hand flat over the racquet grip, and then pick it up from there - with your right hand for the forehand side, and the left hand to position the backhand side. Did you know I could talk all day about this?
