    Do you know even though I already got 4 miles in on the trails this morning, I may go for another little run while I wait for her surgery to be done? I just need to be cautious of overtraining injurys, especially since I have a race this weekend.

    So many, many lives effected by that tragic event! I too remember vividly that day and it still brings tears to my eyes. Thought for you, Pirate... while you should never forget, I ask that you find forgiveness as hatred is the seed of destruction and ultimately hurts the harborer.
