    Okay not only have I inspired Wifey to want to get into better shape (she's back doing WW) and walking everyday now, but My 76 year old father was on the phone with me last night asking me about protein sources and weight lifting. He had a health issue in the past couple of months, but is getting past it. His doctor has ordered him to gain weight.

    How awesome are these two facts? NSV's for me?

    I am doing well, thank you for asking.

    Did you know I am super excited about the football game tonight? Two UNDEAFEATED teams (one being our Gators) will play against one another. The Dragons (our opponents) are ranked 3rd in KY for 5A division, and our school team is ranked 7th. This game will be huge!!!

    OH! I almost forgot to share that in the freshman game last night Brandon added about 20 yards, AND he got a 1st down...not in the same play...He was so pumped.
