    I just returned from the health fair. Can I share with you all that according to my Body Fat Analysis, I have 28 more lbs to loose?
    That's fairly close to my goal and very doable.

    OMG!! Can I share with you all that the massage was wonderful? The tension in my neck is gone, but the headache still lingers a little bit. I'm thinking with as nasal as I am right now, it has to be sinus related.

    So I guess my headache does have a name: Mother Nature!!!
