    Inside the gym itself is not so bad but, if it is empty except for the two of you, the locker room could be a dangerous place.
    I am a paranoid person myself but, it has kept me alive.
    Look into getting your CCP and carry it in your gym bag right under the towel.
    When you take a shower, take the gun with you.

    I can't. I'm at work. That being said don't think I won't poke his eyes out, crush his nose with the heal of my hand, or stomp on the side of his knee if it came to that. My daddy believed in teaching his daughter to do the most amount of damage in a minimal of time so you can run if nothing else. Although admittedly, no sight usually equals no attack.

    Oy, a social misfit. He's just clueless. Look him in the eye (he will surely find this uncomfortable, and look downward) and say "Stop following me. Do you understand?".
