big difference, keep going hun!
the first difference i noticed was actually on your face, you look so sad in the 1st pic & so happy in the 2nd!
Same thing I notices. Followed by your comment: weight loss isn't really all that hard. So funny. It ISN'T! But for some reason (like you) I waited. Unlike you I did the fad diets between high school and college and it was welcome to yo-yo land for the next couple of decades.
So glad for you that you are doing it now. Am sure the beautiful, but enigmatic, Mona Lisa smile in that first 'after' picture will be a great big open one as you progress.0 -
congrats you look amazing0

I admire you so much! God bless you! Keep up the amazing work!

" so im kind of feeling like an idiot for waiting till i was out of high school to get started. "
You are doing great right now but if you ever feel the need for a little extra motivation, think about how awesome your high school reunion will be!0 -
Very inspiring. Keep up the great work!0

You look just beautiful! Congratulations on hitting 50 pounds, that is amazing. I am down 13 pounds (6 since I started my fitness pal). I was at 272 pounds and just felt blah and was tired of not fitting into any of my clothes. Have you done anything else other than just tracking your daily food intake? Any advice or guidance you have would be wonderful. Hope to hear from you soon and again congratulations!0
