    No, because fruit are a magical food that are somehow full of flavour and sustenance but somehow contain no calories whatsoever. You can eat them every minute every day forever without going over your calorie count.

    Yes. Calories are calories. Healthy calories or unhealthy.

    However, I would feel better eating 500 calories of fruits vs. 100 calories of french fries. I prefer to think about the quality of the calorie too vs. just the quantity

    Weight Watcher new "Points Plus". The "Plus" is not counting fruits or veggies - for all wondering why you wouldn't count fruit.

    It's a scam folks, so you lose weight slower (and they get more $$)-- not eat healthier -- COUNT EVERYTHING
