    holy hell when I think of 385 that was 15 lbs more than me at my worse.

    That is insane.

    for a girl, Namaste1983 has lost a whopping 227 pounds. her transformation is completely inspiring, she is one of the most optimistic, beautiful and positive persons on my friends list.

    OMG!! You guys are awesome! One thing I noticed about the folks who have lost plenty is that their diaries are all open, no games just letting it all out there being helpful to all!

    I have lost over 100 twice but this time it is staying off!!
